We are seeking a highly dedicated, professional, and proactive **Exclusive Virtual Assistant** to provide comprehensive support at a high level. This is not a standard task-based role; it is an immersive partnership that requires you to be the "right hand" to leadership.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Real-Time Coordination:** Be available for immediate video-call check-ins throughout the 10-hour shift to discuss tasks, strategy, and updates.
* **Calendar & Inbox Mastery:** Manage complex schedules, prioritize urgent emails, and ensure no meeting or deadline is missed.
* **Executive Support:** Handle confidential information with discretion, prepare documents, and conduct research for special projects.
* **Communication Bridge:** Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/外部 teams.
* **Administrative Excellence:** Manage travel arrangements, data entry, and personal brand management as needed.
### **Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Availability:** Must be able to commit to **10 hours per day** with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
* **Video-Ready Presence:** You must have a professional workspace and be prepared to join video calls instantly throughout your shift.
* **Communication:** Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
* **Tech Savvy:** Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana/Trello).
* **Reliability:** A high degree of punctuality and the ability to remain "on-call" during designated working hours.
