Are you a Landscape Architect or an experienced landscape designer who loves both creative design and high‑fidelity 3D modeling ? Do you want to work for the leading Landscape Architecture and Construction firm in the Pacific Northwest? If so, we want to meet you.

We’re looking for mid-level and advanced designers who thrive in AutoCAD, enjoy solving design problems, and can bring concepts to life through 3D modeling and rendering.

Skills & Preferred Requirements:

• Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in take‑offs, estimating, and quantity verification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in landscape architectural design and horticulture.
• Experience with permitting processes, submittals, or jurisdictional requirements is a plus.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar preferred.
• 1–3+ years with a design‑build landscape company preferred.
• Strong experience in 3D modeling (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc.).
• Prior leadership experience or mentoring is a significant plus.
• Strong creativity, integrity, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Open to learning, iteration, and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Landscape design drafting and development.
• Creating high‑quality 3D models and renderings from drafted plans.
• Performing accurate take‑offs and preliminary estimating.
• High‑level design thinking and problem solving.
• Collaborating with supervisors and teammates while also working independently.
• Evolving responsibilities with increased accuracy, speed, and critical thinking.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 – $90,000/year DOE.
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401(k).
