The operation raises grass-fed, grass-finished cattle using intensive rotational grazing and animal welfare approved policy. They sell custom beef directly to individuals, restaurants, and re-sellers. The successful applicant will manage the farm and herd, assist in marketing and sales, and help grow the beef business.
