Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Family Health Center located in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and will be responsible for providing comprehensive care including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning.

Qualifications:
~ Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
~ Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification
~ Must have active Medicaid enrollment and a valid NPI number
~ Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
~ Proficiency in EHR systems and diagnostic tools
~ Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:
~ Perform physical exams and patient observations
~ Record patients' medical histories and symptoms
~ Develop and contribute to patient care plans
~ Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
~ Diagnose health issues and prescribe treatments
~ Monitor and operate medical equipment
~ Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
~ Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
~ Educate patients and families on condition management and prevention
