Digital Marketing Specialist — Laundremate (Downtown Kansas City Office)

Location: Downtown, Kansas City, MO

Schedule: Flexible hours — in-person position

Laundremate is a fast-growing, tech-driven laundry pickup and delivery service that helps customers save time by handling their laundry from start to finish — pickup, wash, fold, and delivery. We’re building a trusted brand that combines convenience, quality, and care.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in downtown Kansas City. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling. You’ll lead our marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand, increase app downloads, and recruit new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute local and online marketing campaigns.
Manage Laundremate’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content — videos, graphics, and posts — to promote our services.
Design and distribute flyers, posters, and digital ads.
Optimize our website, app store listings, and Google presence for visibility.
Build partnerships with apartment complexes, small businesses, and community groups.
Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly.
Work closely with management to refine our marketing strategy and brand identity.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, branding, or social media management.
Strong creative skills and understanding of online engagement.
Familiar with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and design sense.
Photography or video editing experience is a plus.
