We are now a 3rd-generation company working with 3rd-generation clients—often remodeling and adding to homes that our grandfather originally built. We are looking for a full-time, reliable construction Driver/Laborer who enjoys working with a close-knit team and is motivated to build a career in the construction industry. If you have some construction experience, a valid PA driver's license, a clean driving record, and are eager to join an established company, consider applying for this position. We will consider entry-level and skilled candidates.

What you'll do as our Construction Driver / Laborer

• Build & remodel custom homes
• Drive the pick-up truck and trailer to our job sites, transporting crew members & building materials (training provided)
• Learn framing, roofing, siding, finish carpentry, stonework, masonry, interior remodeling, drywalling, deck building, painting, etc.
• Participate in all phases of construction – working on projects from start to finish
• Build meaningful relationships with the team as we grow together
• Full-time work , Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM, with optional Saturdays

Our Ideal Construction Driver / Laborer:

• Experience: Roofing, siding, finish carpentry, deck building, masonry, or other construction duties; driving a pickup truck & trailer is a big plus. Willing to provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
• Active: Able to lift up to 80 lbs., use hand & power tools, and be on your feet all day. We can match projects to your ability level.
• Dependable & Reliable: On time for work and trusted to transport our crew safely.
• Detailed: Focused on delivering quality work to give exceptional results to our customers.
• Safety Conscious: We want someone conscientious to keep themselves and our crew members safe while driving the trucks, working on the job site, and operating equipment.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and a clean driving record for the past three years. Able to get a DOT medical card.
• Must have your own basic hand tools

What We Offer Our Construction Driver / Laborer:

• $22-$30/hr. DOE
• Full-time hours with overtime: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with optional OT on Saturdays
