About the Role
Wenger Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Siding Installer Foreman to lead our siding installation crews on a variety of commercial projects. This role is key in maintaining Wenger’s high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
As a Foreman, you’ll oversee daily operations in the field, coordinate crew activities, and work hands-on to deliver exceptional results. You’ll set the tone for safety, quality, and teamwork — helping train and support your crew while representing Wenger’s commitment to excellence on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a crew of siding installers to complete projects safely, efficiently, and according to specifications
· Perform hands-on installation of commercial siding materials including:
· Work with additional systems such as:
· Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and Wenger quality standards
· Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
· Communicate clearly with the project manager regarding schedules, progress, and challenges
· Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and lead by example in professionalism and work ethic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
· 5–7 years of proven experience in commercial siding installation or related construction work (required)
· Strong knowledge of materials and installation systems, including metal, composite, and fiber cement
· Ability to read blueprints and interpret installation plans
· Proficiency with hand and power tools used in siding installation
· Familiarity with equipment used for installing commercial siding systems
· Valid driver’s license required
· Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
