What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver tailored support to health centers on EHR optimization, health IT strategy, and workflow improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health center staff, HIT vendors, and internal TPCA teams
  • Guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of health IT systems and tools
  • Translate clinical needs into effective technical solutions that align with operational goals
  • Promote data integrity, privacy, and cybersecurity through training and best practices
  • Support and enhance telehealth services, including program coordination and problem-solving
