As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)at Chapel View , you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type:  Part-Time including every other weekend.

Part-Time Hours: Days, 6:30am to 2:30pm

Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.43 / hour depending on experience. 

Bonus: $750

Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification.
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
