We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for a local grocery distribution fleet based in Opelika, AL . This is a home-daily position running multi-stop loads into Alabama, Georgia, and surrounding markets. Drivers enjoy consistent weekly earnings, no-touch freight, and day/night shift flexibility.
Home Time: Home Daily
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,500

Freight Type: No-touch grocery freight
Slip Seating Required (trucks stay at DC)
According to the request form:
5-day work schedule: $800–$1,200/week
6-day work schedule: $1,300–$1,550/week
Weekly Miles: 1,200–1,800
Short Haul Pay: $40 for loads under 51 miles
Stop Pay:
5-day schedule: $10 for all stops
6-day schedule: $10 first stop, $15 all other stops
Load Type: Live load, live unload, drop & hook
Regional routes from Opelika running to Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia
No-touch freight at the stores

Wait time possible at grocery receivers (normal for this lane)
Valid Class A CDL
Experienced First Seat driver (no trainees)
Ability to work day or night shifts
Must be comfortable with multi-stop regional grocery freight
Safe driving record meeting standard hiring criteria
