ROLE IMPACT
Join a leading outpatient diagnostics provider, where you'll ensure patients have timely access to critical imaging services. As a Call Center Medical Appointment Scheduler, you’ll manage inbound calls, coordinate appointments, and ensure all scheduling and patient data is accurate—delivering seamless support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule and confirm diagnostic appointments using electronic systems
• Accurately input patient demographics, insurance, and billing information
• Communicate prep instructions and location details to patients and providers
• Navigate high call volumes while multitasking across platforms
• Liaise with referring offices to secure authorizations and escalate urgent issues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare scheduling, billing, or customer service
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Bilingual communication skills a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience coordinating appointments across multiple sites
• Understanding of medical terminology
