We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Billing assistant (EN/SP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes, be able to accurately process payments, and have excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
