Job Description

Responsible to help set the store up for success each day. Will come in to mix, ball, pan, dress and prepare cookies for both morning and evening sales. This is a critical position that is fast paced and fun. Great candidates will also have the following characteristics:

• BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness and care. Pay close attention to the details of each cookie, making sure consistency and quality is experienced every time.
• PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Be detailed with each cookie’s presentation, ensuring no steps are skipped, and the final product is warm, delicious, presentable, and filled with lots of Crumbl love. Constantly clean and maintain order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe.
• TEAMWORK: Understand the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities but also shows a desire and effort to support fellow crew members perform other business tasks.
• EFFICIENCY: Have a mindset and work-ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer.
• TECHNOLOGY: Understand and use Crumbl business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used.
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material.

• Training based raises of up to $2.00/HR - No minimum time required to complete training and earn more.
