This is Your Opportunity!! Auffenberg Hyundai of Cape Girardeau is in need of a Sales Manager. Business is booming and Chris Auffenberg in Cape Girardeau is seeking a Sales Manager that is passionate about the Automotive Industry, motivated to succeed and will help us get to the next level. We would prefer new car background and F&I experience but it is not mandatory. Are you a proven leader and a take-charge individual who will drive business and lead our sales team? Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profits
Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
Driving the business and sales through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
Managing the negotiation process with the Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
Appraising vehicles for trade Managing all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones
Partnering with the General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
Analyzing monthly business and developing action plans to improve performance. What are the requirements for this job?
Automotive Sales Management experience
Proven success in automotive retail sales
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
