Job Description

Family owned Real Estate company looking for a property manager assistant. A qualified applicant who is confident, professional, up for a challenge, computer literate, and willing to learn our system. We love positive people! Spanish and experience are a plus!
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Placing maintenance requests
- Assisting customers in the office
- Processing payments
- Maintaining electronic and paper records
- Drafting correspondence to tenants
- And other office-related tasks.
You must have a working and insured car that you are willing to use for some driving from time to time, with mileage and gas allowance. (mostly within 5-10 miles).
