WWAARC currently has a Full Time 40- hour Administrative Assistant- Day Habilitation position available located in Slingerlands, NY. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm* (*30-minute daily unpaid lunch break). The rate of pay for this position is $20.50 per hour. Under the direction of the Assistant Executive Director of Krumkill Day Hab the Administrative Assistant will assist in reviewing and preparing Day Habilitation billing and capturing daily attendance through the Agency's electronic health record system. The Administrative Assistant will support the Krumkill Day Hab program by creating and managing database information, spreadsheets, disseminating, and tracking information for departmental staff, communicating pertinent information to providers and families, and various other clerical tasks.Want to be a WWAARC Admin Assistant and join our Team? Qualifications: 18 years of age. High School Diploma is required. Associates degree preferred. Three years of administrative experience, preferred. To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to meet deadlines, adapt quickly, multitask efficiently, and maintain high levels of productivity. Able to work both independently and as member of a team.
